It's day two of the spring / summer essentials series and we're talking both wardrobe & beauty items! White Denim & CC Cream are some major essentials in the coming months and I'm sharing my favorites.
1) The White Denim Jacket :: Think new & improved jean jacket... the more sophisticated and polished version. Plus, it's perfect for the spring and summer because of the light color and lighter weight material. Throw it on over your favorite maxi dress, tank top & shorts combo, or even an LBD.
2) White Jeans :: *sigh* The dreaded white jean search. This can be TOUGH, y'all. So many white jeans are either too thin and see through, too thick and bulky, too tight & unflattering, you name it. I've found that a mid-weight, not-too-stretchy material flatters best and doesn't accent anything we don't want it to {ahem, knee fat? cellulite? Okay, you get it} As much as I love my Paige jeans & other high end designers, I have thicker legs and I've never seemed to find a good white skinny jean that worked. Surprisingly enough, I've found that more mid-range brands like LOFT fit my figure better. But, there's nothing like the quality of a designer jean if they fit your legs well!

3) CC Cream :: My ultra-favorite beauty accessory year-round, but especially during these spring and summer months when I find myself wearing less makeup.
