Happy Tuesday! Today I'm sharing my favorite "easy" dresses for spring. These are the dresses that you'll throw on every Saturday; they're comfortable, flattering, and can be worn from the grocery store, to lunch, to outdoor activities and everything in between. Best part? I've tested and tried all of them personally and these are my top picks.
I love a good maxi dress and the cut on this one does not disappoint. My arms are not my favorite part of my body, and the semi-racerback lines are ultra-flattering. The top is a soft cotton and the bottom is a lighter-weight, flowy material. It's not a full maxi so don't worry about it being too long. I have worn this over and over already this spring!
V-necklines are always flattering and this cotton dress is so easy and effortless to throw on when in doubt. It's perfect with your favorite flats or sandals; throw a jacket over on a cooler day or even pair it with booties.
The "I WANT TO LOOK LIKE I TRIED BUT NOT FEEL LIKE IT" DRESSES ::
This flouncy cut is flattering on almost any body type; the pattern, ruching and flared bottom work wonders. This dress is perfect because it's ultra-comfortable, but looks a little bit more dressed up and put-together. You can wear this from day to night, occasions all over the board.
Don't panic... this dress is NOT this short in real life. I am 5'5" and can wear it as a dress easily. I've also paired it over leggings on a cooler day. It is SO easy because it's an outfit in itself. With the embroidery, the sleeve detailing and high neckline, this dress doesn't need anything extra. Throw it on with flats for daytime and amp it up with wedges at night. It comes in black and blue.
I LOVE a good jumpsuit. Many people are afraid to try jumpsuits and I say to you, "Go for it!" The key is choosing one that is cut right; it has to be long-lined, flowier around the middle and flattering in the arms and shoulders. This is another comfy number that is easy to dress up or down.
