Happy Friday and happy S A L E day! 40% off everything at Loft and this is one of the best ones yet because there are so many new arrivals that I am swooning over. Sometimes when they have these sales, I won't do a post because they don't have much that I really love. Today is the opposite! I'm sharing what I bought, and what I wish I had bought here. How cute is this plaid top (I love plaid that's feminine and the neckline and sleeves on this one accomplish that. Plus, it's tunic length so can go with leggings!)? I paired it under this sweater that I have been eyeing for awhile and WAITING for it to go on sale! (I got an XS in the sweater - it definitely runs big) It can literally layer over anything and I love the color and the sleeves

My windowpane LBD that I shared on the blog the other day is also a part of the sale, so if you're looking for a great fall LBD, you're in luck!

I also picked up this white dotted top because 1) it is a great basic 2) great for layering + holidays and 3) it's one of those pieces that you'll get complimented on and when you tell them it's from Loft, they'll say, "seriously?! It doesn't look like it! (which is a good thing...!)

Another thing I picked up (I wish I'd taken a picture of it on, but here I am in my pjs and well, I'm just too lazy) is this black sweater dress. You know I'm all about flattering, easy sweater dresses and this one is amazing. It really is SO flattering, the material is the perfect weight and I love the 3/4 sleeve with a slit. Perfect for layering! I sized down to an XSP because it was a little long on me (I'm 5/5").

I LOVE this herringbone skirt and think it would be amazing with a black sweater and black tights + over the knee boots!

This blanket scarf would make a great gift for yourself or someone else this season.

I love shift dresses that are actually flattering. So many times they can look boxy, bulky and shapeless so when I find one that's a little bit swingy and has something to it besides a basic shift, I'm in! I love windowpane print, the neck cutout and the bell sleeves on this twist on the LBD. Perfect for wearing casually and then dressing up for a night out!

*for size reference, I'm wearing a small. I normally go XS in Loft dresses but it was a teeny bit tight in the shoulders so I went for the small.

Pair it with a great pair of boots, booties, or heels! You could even throw a sweater vest ontop of this cutie. I feel like it has some retro vibes which I also love!
